TAX REBATE FOR INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTIONS (T.R.I.P.)

The amount of the reduction is calculated as 30% of the film's eligible expenses incurred in France (or even 40% for visual effects-intensive projects), and is capped at 30 million euros per project.
The foreign producer must be under contract with a French executive company to manage filming in France.
The minimum expenditure is €250,000 OR 50% of the total budget spent in France.
To be eligible, projects must pass a cultural test that assesses European cultural elements in the story, as well as the use of French and European locations, characters, sources, landmarks, creators, teams and technical centers.
